Focused on building strong boards of skilled volunteers, and an arts and culture sector that is flexible, sustainable, and resilient. This program offers Nonprofit Governance Training and Matching and brings together participants from the creative sector in NL and potential volunteers from the private sector who are interested in learning more about how they can have an impact.

Harnessing the expressive power of the arts to provide profound moments of reflection. These 3-5 minute videos, offered in conjunction with resources to spur conversation among teams, were written and performed by local artists, to challenge the status quo, encourage self-awareness, and spur change in business and arts organizations alike.
